We want you to be thrilled with your SoL loungewear - if you need to exchange or return any item, we're here to help.
If you are dissatisfied with an item or the item is defective, you can return unused and unwashed products in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving them.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your exchange or return directly.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs but shipping costs for once-exchanged items will be borne by SoL.
We do ask that you also leave a quick note with your email to explain why you are exchanging or returning the product. Any feedback you may have will help us help you!
