SOL is based in Hong Kong. At this time, we offer complimentary standard shipping to the below countries. If your location isn't on this list, please email us at hello@solthelabel.co and we will help figure out the best shipping option for you.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note that international customers are responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country upon delivery. Unfortunately, we at SOL have no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount so they are not included in the price at checkout. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for the most current information. If the recipient refuses the pay the taxes and duties required, the order will be returned to sender and refunded accordingly, excluding a HKD $400 return shipping charge to cover our expenses. 


 Delivery Estimates

All orders are fulfilled as standard delivery orders via local couriers HK SpeedPost and SF Express.

HK and Macau orders: 2-3 days

Rest of the world: Please allow up to 3 weeks

* Delivery times are estimates only. 

At this moment, we offer expedited shipping via UPS at a flat rate of HKD $500. Methods such as 2-day or next-day shipping mean that trucks won't always be filled with goods before they are sent out, creating extraneous trips that end up having a negative impact on the environment that could be avoided. So while we encourage you to choose standard shipping, we understand there are always times of need and last-minute gifts that need to be expedited!
