At this time, we offer complimentary standard shipping to the below countries. If your location isn't on this list, please email us at hello@solthelabel.co and we will help figure out the best shipping option for you.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note that international customers are responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country upon delivery. Unfortunately, we at SOL have no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount so they are not included in the price at checkout. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for the most current information. If the recipient refuses the pay the taxes and duties required, the order will be returned to sender and refunded accordingly, excluding a HKD $400 return shipping charge to cover our expenses. 


Delivery Estimates

All orders are fulfilled as standard delivery orders via local couriers HK SpeedPost and SF Express.

Hong Kong/China/Macau orders: 2-3 days

Australia/Canada/Singapore: Please allow up to 3 weeks

* Once your order has been shipped to the address indicated on your order, SOL cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are dissatisfied with an item or the item is defective, you can return unused and unwashed products in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving them.

Please email hello@solthelabel.co to initiate your exchange or return directly.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs but shipping costs for once-exchanged items will be borne by SOL.

We do ask that you also leave a quick note with your email to explain why you are exchanging or returning the product. Any feedback you may have will help us help you!
