Click and Collect

Pick up your purchase for free from our showroom and collect within store business hours. If the items in your order are available for click and collect, “YUAN | The Apartment” will appear at checkout for you to select before completing your purchase. Our in-store team will contact you via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note that international customers are responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country upon delivery. Unfortunately, we at SOL have no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount so they are not included in the price at checkout. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for the most current information. If the recipient refuses the pay the taxes and duties required, the order will be returned to sender and refunded accordingly.

Delivery Estimates

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. All orders are fulfilled as standard delivery orders via local couriers HK SpeedPost and SF Express.

Hong Kong orders: 2-3 days

Singapore orders: 7-10 days

Australia, Canada and New Zealand orders:: Please allow up to 3 weeks

Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with an item or the item is defective, you can return unused and unwashed products in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving them.

Please email hello@solthelabel.co to initiate your exchange or return directly.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs but shipping costs for once-exchanged items will be borne by SOL.

We do ask that you also leave a quick note with your email to explain why you are exchanging or returning the product. Any feedback you may have will be very helpful to us.
